Individual Note: These Macks show up in the Iowa Census of 1880 & 1895. According to Uncle Louis, and his sister from CA, there was a Tony, Elizabeth, and a George? There wasn't many people living in Iowa during this period, so I do think this is the family. I found a cemetary record for him and he is buried in the town of Bancroft, Iowa, Kossuth County in St. Johns Cemetary.
John and Margaret imigrated from Germany (Bavaria) into the US in November 13, 1873 on the ship 'Hansa'.
