     Billy Rose remembers:
- Catherine knitted alot
- was a hevy woman (weight wise)
- she used to hide the records for the phono graph from the grand kids when they came to visit. This was she did not have to worry about them being broken or lost.
- When the grandkids came to visit and had breakfast ceral at thier house, if they were out of milk, Catherine would used cold coffee and pour it over the creal as a subsittue for the milk. Billy Rose hated eating the coffee ceral....LOL

     Billy Rose Remembers:

- Farmer in Mooreton, ND Lived on the family farm and took over when the father moved.
- Lost his wife while she was giving birth to Karen. Ralph loved to go to dances but he never took a shine to another woman.
- As of 2006, the son of Ralph (Robert) now lives on the farm and runs it. In 2006 (summer) one of Roberts sons was killed in a motorcycle accident in Mooreton, ND area.

     Bev. - Charles ran a funiture store in Albert Lea. Part Sioux indian, his grandmother was full Sioux Indian.

     From Billy Rose - Matt was playing cards at Fergus Falls with some friends when he got up and said "I'll right back". He walked away from the table and then jumped in the river and drowned himself. He had been despondent and was drinking. This information was told to Billy Rose by her brother James.

Carpenter by trade and lived in Mantador.

     John Thiel was killed in a car accident along with 2 other family members. The accident was in North Dakota. Rain storm and missed the highway bridge and it went over the side of the ditch dow the embankment of the river.

     Billy Rose - Was never married and lhe lived at home. At a young age he had a girl friend that died of a heart attack and he never married. He died at an early age of alcoholism. Sort of lost his zest for living after he lost his first love. His mother said he never really took care of himself.
